1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FlexiDoc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use of Service

FlexiDoc provides AI-powered document processing and conversion services. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any material that contains viruses or any other harmful code
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. API Usage

If you use our API services, you agree to comply with our API usage limits and guidelines. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage that impacts service availability for other users.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and convert your files as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your converted documents.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of FlexiDoc and its licensors.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our Service.

8. Data Security and Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Files are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted according to our data retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEXIDOC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlexiDoc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
